Meet Dawn…
Throughout most of her life, Dawn’s focus has been dedicated to her own healing journey. She has instinctively known she would find a better way of being herself. A more loving way.
She was determined to find it. The past few years she has dedicated herself to help and facilitate others with their own healing journeys.
In 2002 Dawn moved her family from Santa Cruz to Kaua’i with a dream of raising her children on the beach. With her children growing older she was longing for her calling and purpose. Simultaneously, during this time Dawn had a life changing experience with western medicine. This particular experience sent her in a downward spiral with little to no assistance from the very doctors that were meant to “help” her. Looking for answers and recovery, Dawn turned to Shamanic healing to try and get some solace. Since living on Kauaʻi from 2002-2023, she currently resides in Northern California.
This one experience would transform her forever.
She had finally found her purpose. After 2 long years of suffering, she began to slowly heal and put the pieces back together. Her shamanic healer noticed a special gift within her and recognized she would be a great healer and encouraged her to follow this path. Eager to help others Dawn studied under Scott Silverston, a leader in the International Shamanic Teaching Community serving students in dozens of countries all over the world. After her own traumatic experience, she found a new compassion for healing. Dawn feels strongly about having experienced the depths of what she went through, and believes this has given her the ability to really hold space for others.
Having experienced the depths of facing her own vulnerabilities during her recovery; Dawn is able to compassionately hold space for others on their personal journeys of healing. It takes so much courage to even recognize that you need healing. Having courage to seek out help to heal your trauma can be its own daunting task. Dawn realizes that facing your own vulnerability can make you stronger and really helps you restore your true self in a more honest way. Your soul knows the truth, and nobody can hide from the truth.
